About Founder, Erin Collins

Erin Collins is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) practicing in the state of Tennessee. She was first introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. Collins then attended The University of Memphis where she received her Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum with a concentration in Special Education: Applied Behavior Analysis.

Collins has worked within a variety of academic, home, clinical, and social settings throughout her work within the ABA field. During her time in the field, Collins developed a passion for teaching and empowering both her staff and her clients by ensuring that they feel heard and that they have the skills needed to be successful within the world that is most important to them.

Collins’s ultimate goal is to facilitate significant change in the lives of those diagnosed with ASD and their families by bridging the gap between effective training on applied behavior analysis principles and the application of those principles through individualized treatment one child at a time. Collins may be reached at Erin@greatstridesbs.com.
